I teach a combination of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow & Yin from my garden studio in Cuffley, Hertfordshire.
My classes are suitable for all levels and experience; even the complete beginner.
At the heart of my teaching is the importance of taking time out. I want to inspire you to feel the best you possibly can and taking control of your self-care, putting yourself first is that first step!
If you are ready to embark on your yoga journey you can join me in several ways.
Either by joining one of my timetabled classes (in the studio or online). My studio classes are no bigger than 5 so I can give you full support and adjustments allowing you to flourish in your practice. It’s the perfect space if you don’t feel comfortable in large gyms and studios.
If you are completely new or returning to yoga and would benefit from more guidance, we can work one to one, either in person or online.
There are 5 weekly timetabled classes to choose from covering Gently Stretch, Stretch & Flow or Yinyasa Flow.
A couple of times a month I run a longer Self-Care weekend session which is all about slowing down. We do a shorter, usually floor based practice with an emphasis on stretching followed by a Yoga Nidra, a sleep-based meditation practice. It’s the most perfect way to recharge your batteries.
