  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Whilst I appreciate sometimes it might be necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness or change in your schedule, please note that I require at least 24 hours’ notice.

    As a small business, cancellations and “no-shows” can have a big impact, for this reason appointments cancelled / “no-shows” within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.  Thank you for your understanding.
